Connie Brown
Connie was first licensed as a REALTOR® in Edmonton in 1980. Since making her home in Victoria in 1982 she has been a gold award winning REALTOR® specializing in condominium sales and project marketing. She has been an active member in the Victoria Real Estate Board, serving on several committees and taking advantage of the numerous educational opportunities in order to remain on the cutting edge of industry changes and updates.
Connie has an eye for design and a gift for the art of negotiation. She considers her commitment to ethics and professionalism to be of the highest personal importance and imparts that attitude with colleagues and staff. Connie is very excited about the future of Real Estate in Victoria and has a new found energy to dedicate to the job since partnering with her son Chris Brown.

Connie Brown brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the speciality of Condominium Project marketing. Currently she represents Swallows Landing as Director of Sales and Marketing. In this capacity she effectively manages a staff of sales associates for the Developers and achieves enviable sales results utilizing the skills and talents of this handpicked team.
Chris Brown
I have been a grateful resident of Victoria since childhood and as such possess the insight to know what the city and various areas have to offer to adult professionals, their children and their retired parents alike. I chose Real Estate as a career largely because of my own experience in buying a home, years ago. Never in my life had the purchase of anything been so exciting, emotional and satisfying. Particularly, I recall the intense gratitude that I felt towards the professionals that helped guide me through that process. To be able to help people achieve something so important to them greatly appealed to me. So here I am.
Beyond my obvious professional interests, I am a martial arts enthusiast, a Taekwondo black belt, a student of history, philosophy and the human condition and lover of animals (some are great company, some are just delicious, all worthy of respect). I value kindness, honesty, incorruptibility and the courage and perseverance it takes to uphold those values consistently. More important perhaps though is the ability to be distracted by butterflies and shiny things long after childhood. Our appreciation of wonderment is why we deserve to live here. I believe that the world is in fact extremely hilarious, and that one should never lose the ability to see it that way. The alternative tragic outlook costs more on the liquor budget and is generally less fun.
Above all what I have to offer is that I am professional, qualified and intelligent, while at the same time, not a greasy irksome self serving Real Estate agent stereotype. I am a regular, likeable guy who can help you with your Real Estate needs. I am not my job, but I am VERY good at it.
